Affordable World-Class Leadership Development Is Coming to the Treasure Valley in August and we’re excited about hosting the event. Willow Creek’s The Leadership Summit 2008 will be broadcast live, via satellite, here at Cloverdale Church.
This year, once again features an outstanding lineup of presenters. In addition to Bill Hybels, senior pastor of Willow Creek Church, other presenters are:
- Brad Anderson , president of Best Buy, a Fortune 100 company and the largest specialty retailer of consumer electronics in the United States and Canada.
- Chuck Colson, author, founder and president of Prison Fellowship Ministries.
- Catherine Rohr , founder and president of Prison Entrepreneurship Program. Nationwide, PEP is the only entrepreneurship program targeted at inmates/former inmates. PEP’s groundbreaking program has been reported in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Entrepreneur Magazine, The Dallas Morning News, Houston Chronicle, Texas Monthly and on CBS Evening News.
- Bill George , author, professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School and former Chairman and CEO of Medtronic.
- Wendy Kopp, founder and president of Teach For America, the national teaching corps.
- Gary Haugen , president and CEO of International Justice Mission, an international human rights agency that rescues victims of violence, sexual exploitation, slavery and oppression worldwide.
- Efrem Smith , pastor, author, national conference speaker and radio host. He is known for his no-nonsense look at the issues that keep reconciliation from happening between people, races and the church.
- Craig Groeschel , founder and senior pastor of Lifechurch.tv, which has 13 locations in 6 states. Craig is known for his visionary leadership and inspiring, authentic and often confrontational style of teaching.
- John Burke , author of No Perfect People Allowed and lead pastor of Gateway Church and previously the Executive Director of Ministries at Willow Creek. Gateway Church ministers from two campuses in the Austin, Texas, area.
